Metro Fire + Security can inspect, service and monitor virtually all brands of fire alarm systems, including many proprietary brand systems. Metro Fire + Security performs periodic inspection, service and 24/7 monitoring of critical fire protection equipment.

Metro Fire + Security offers monitoring to ensure your systems are up and running properly. Our proprietary software suite, the Alarm Monitoring Portal or “AMP”, can complement and augment our NFPA- and UL-compliant central station monitoring services. This software suite enables us to provide immediate response notification when issues arise from low battery to malfunction of any kinds.

Our solutions can prioritize high-severity signals for immediate follow-up by phone and can coordinate service visits with designated property contacts if a problem arises. At the same time, these systems do not interfere with emergency signals sent to emergency service departments or first responders.
